The Picking Performance Monitor enables managers to quickly identify actual and potential problems and opportunities for improving efficiency of their picking operation.  Based upon date/time range filters, the system reports various measures of picking performance for picking zones or individual pickers.  Measures include statistics such as number of pick tickets, picking hours, number of pick lines, quantity ordered, quantity picked, average seconds per pick line, and average seconds per unit to pick. The Picking Performance Monitor provides statistics in both tabular reports and graphical form. Sample graphical and tabular displays are found below:
